Mr. Saad Rashid Al-Muhannadi

Managing Director and CEO

Mr.Saad Rashid Al-Muhannadi obtained BSC in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC), LA. USA 1990. Saad joined Qatar General Petroleum Company (QGPC) Engineering Department as a Developer in 1990.
He held various positions within the Engineering Business Department before he was appointed as Engineering Business Manager in 2001 where he was responsible for a wide spectrum of duties.
Mr.Saad became the first Corporate Manager – Contracts in 2003, reporting to the Managing Director (MD) of Qatar Petroleum (QP), where a Centralized Contracts Department was established to serve all QP Departments. This included the development of Systems, Processes with a full suite of related procedures.
In June 2006 Saad was appointed to the post of Director Technical and was reporting to the Managing Director (MD) of Qatar Petroleum (QP).

  • Mr. Annas Ibrahim Eid

    Chief Operations Officer

    Annas Ibrahim Eid earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from McNeese State University, USA.
    With over 20 years of dedicated service and experience, he has held various positions in the Oil and Gas sector. His journey began with QatarEnergy Refinery as a Developee in 2004. Later, in 2016, he joined Qatar Fuel WOQOD and currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer.

  • Mr. Saeed Rashid Al-Kaabi

    Chief Administration Officer

    Saeed Al-Kaabi has obtained a B.A in Business Studies/Insurance from Arkansas State University-USA and a Diploma in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley-USA.
    Al-Kaabi held several positions during his years of service, started in 1996 -QATARGAS Operating Company Limited, where he was a Project Business Supervisor (QG2 Offshore Project $500M), Head of Accounts Payable & Receivable, General Services Manager and was also a member of Board in ALKOOT insurance Company.
    In 2010, he held the position of Contracts Manager in ORYX GTL Limited.In 2013, he obtained the position of CEO (secondment base) in QFSW, a Non-Profit Organization (NGO's).

  • Mr. Fahad Abdullah Al-Subaiey

    Chief Commercial Officer

    1991-2013: Mr. Al-Subaiey joined Qatar Petroleum & Qatar Petroleum International respectively. He held multiple roles in oil & gas industry, such as Gas Production Manager, and Gas Processing Manager. With QPI continued as the Executive Director for Gas & Power by reporting to CEO. During this period, Mr. Al-Subaiey has received many awards & recognitions due to his achievements.
    2013-2014: worked in Qatar Investment Authority.
    2016: Mr. Al-Subaiey joined WOQOD as Chief Marketing Officer.
    With over 24 years of experience, Mr. Al-Subaiey’s profound leadership and expertise led him to chair and set on a diversified portfolio of boards and management committees.

  • Mr. Pradeep Kumar

    Chief Financial Officer

    Mr. Pradeep Kumar, is a Commerce Graduate and has Professional qualifications such as ACA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW), CPA from Australia, ACA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), and also completed the Executive Education from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
    Mr. Pradeep has more than 25 years of professional experience in various areas such as Strategy, Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, and Auditing.
    Mr. Pradeep worked in various prestigious organizations and before joining WOQOD he was the Chief Strategy Officer of Qatar Chemical Company (Q-Chem), a joint venture between Qatar Petroleum and Chevron Philips Chemical Company.

  • Mr. Mubarak Ali Al-Bariki

    Chief Technical Officer

    Mr. AlBriki holds BEng Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bradford University-UK as well as an Executive Master Degree in Business & Administration from University of Plymouth-UK.
    He has more than 20 years of service & experience within operations in the Oil and Gas Sector, in which 15 years where in Qatar Energy (previously QP). He progressed from being a trainee in 1999 till he became Head of Corrosion and Coating within Mesaieed Gas Operations in 2013.
    During the span of this period he attended various turnarounds/critical & emergency operation activities as well as being involved in Asset Integrity initiatives within the NGL-Complex Plant. He received various awards and recognitions for his excellent performance and achievements.
