  • How can the customer add a new vehicle or remove vehicles from his company's account?

    Call WOQOD Customer Service at 4021-7777/800-3835 and follow the procedure. The customer can remove vehicles from his list by making them inactive for fueling through the WOQODe Portal. This function should be used only when the customer wants to remove his vehicle from the fleet. 

  • If I sell my car, can the account be transferred to the buyer? 

    No, each account is registered under the QID number and individual name
