WOQODe Tag
WOQODe is a fuel management system that uses RFID technology to serve the fueling needs of commercial vehicle owners. The system relies on a Radio Frequency Identification Device (RFID) or "TAG" to identify the vehicle when it arrives at the fuel station for refueling.
Each fuel dispenser is equipped with a nozzle-mounted reader that detects the tag and transmits the data to the server. The system then verifies the customer’s credit balance, the vehicle’s fuel type, and any applicable limits before authorizing fueling.

Natural Gas can be used wherever fuels are used for heating purposes, like Boilers, Burners, Furness, etc. Natural Gas can be used as fuel for driving engines, where Diesel and petrol are used.

Is Natural Gas available to all customers in Qatar?
Currently, the scope of supply from WOQOD is limited to the customers of Small and Medium Industrial Areas only.

What is the WOQODe Program for corporates?
It is a Fuel Management System designed for companies with a fleet of vehicles. It can be used to monitor, track, maintain, and control the fuel consumption of vehicles. This system is exclusively intended for vehicles refueling at WOQOD branded stations. An RFID tag is used for recording fuel transaction at WOQOD branded stations for each vehicle. This operates as a postpaid system.
Who manages the program, and what is required to comply with it?
The WOQODe System manages the program. Companies required to adhere to approved WOQOD policies and procedures.
How can I control my company's fleet fuel expenses?
- By enrolling all vehicles into WOQODe System and eliminating manual intervention.
- You will have access to real-time on your vehicles’ fuel consumption, categorized into various reports for analyzing and controlling fuel expenses.
- For more control and budgeting, you can set limits on the WOQODe Portal at any time.
- For budgeting purposes, you can group the vehicles. You can select or change fuel grades as needed.
What types of reports does the system generate, and what details do they include?
The system generates reports on consumption details and credit limits . The reports contain the following details: Vehicle plate number Fuel station name Time of fueling Fuel price Grade of fuel Quantity and Amount of fuel. All the reports provide real-time data.
How can I check my company's available credit limit?
You can check the credit limit report.
How can the customer modify their contact details?
Fill the change request form and email scanned copy to WOQOD Customer Service.
How can a customer receive their fuel bill and make a payment?
• Billing Cycle
• Credit Invoices will be issued twice a month (1-15 / 16-End of the month)

• Payment has to be made within 15 (fifteen) days from the invoice date.
• Mode of Payment
• Bank to bank transfer (Customer must mention the invoice number, customer number and site number in the remarks column).
• Cheque deposit into WOQOD bank accounts/cheque deposit in WOQOD tower (Customer must mention invoice number, customer number and site number in the remarks column of deposit slip).
• This information should be emailed to WOQOD Customer Service.
Do fuel tags work internationally or only at fuel stations in Qatar?
No. The tags will only authorize fueling in WOQOD branded stations that are activated for Tag-based fueling located in Qatar.
How does the fuel station attendant know if a tag is installed in the vehicle?
All vehicles installed with Tags will have a WOQODe sticker near the fuel inlet. Additionally, the customer can verbally inform the attendant that their vehicle is installed with a Tag.
Where will the tags be installed?
Tags can be installed at the customer’s vehicle base location if the customer can arrange 50 or more vehicles together. In the case of fewer than 50 vehicles, the customer will be requested to send their vehicles to designated fuel stations.
What needs to be done if the company decides to sell its vehicle?
The customer can use the WOQODe portal to deactivate the tag or call WOQOD Customer Service to do the necessary steps.
What should be done if the tag is not operational?
If the tag, does not authorize fueling, then the customer's account credit limit, vehicle limit, and tag functionality have to be checked. The customer has to report this issue to WOQOD Customer Service.
What is the calorific value of Natural Gas?
The Gross Calorific value shall be around 1000 BTU/SCF

Visit any WOQOD branded station where prepaid sales installation is available, fill out the form, pay the cost, get your tag installed, and wait for the activation to be confirmed.

You can check the balance from the last fuel transaction, the SMS received, or by tracking it using WOQOD’s mobile application

How do I enroll in WOQODe?
Schedule an appointment with WOQOD Customer Service (40217777/8003835).
- Meet the Sales team.
- Respond to WOQOD’s email with the required valid legal documents
- The contract and documents will be sent via email.
- Submit the signed contract and documents for processing
- The contract will be processed, and our installation team will contact the customer for tag installation.
- The operations team will register the vehicles and activate the company.
- The customer will be receive a User ID & Password for WOQODe – Portal via email.
Documents required for Enrollment (Formats will be provided)
- A letter from the customer for enrolling in WOQODe.
- WOQODe Contract (2 Original copies signed, stamped & dated).
- Sponsor QID Photocopy of the company's valid commercial registration license.
- Photocopy of the Trading License
- Photocopy of the Computer Card Bank Guarantee (equivalent to two months of fuel consumption as per our requirement for new customers, and valid for at least 3 years.)
- Customer Communication List Vehicle Details; to be completed and provided in the specified Excel format, in both hard copy (stamped) and soft copy via email.
- Leased Vehicle Undertaking Letter on Company letterhead, signed by authorized signatory and stamped (applicable for all vehicles not registered under the company signing the contract)
- Valid Istimara (Vehicle registration card) (4 copies on A4 sized pages with both sides of Istimara).
- QID photocopy of the contract signatory.
- A cheque for tag cost and tag installation.
- The customer's activation will take place within 15 working days after the submission of the WOQODe contract.

How will the customer control the vehicle’s fuel consumption?
You can compare monthly fueling with the the vehicle's mileage as recommended by the manufacturer. The monthly fuel consumption data in the portal will help you analyze consumption patterns.
The WOQODe- Portal provides you with access to control the consumption pattern of vehicles based on the following parameters.
- Day & month of fueling
- Stations selected for fueling
- Holiday fueling
- Non-fueling option
- Total quantity selected for fueling
- Buy and Can’t buy fuel (to temporarily block fuel purchase)
- The customer can exercise control through Vehicle Limit Management Module.
What happens when the vehicle reaches the set fuel limit?
Fueling will stop automatically, and the customer will need to adjust their vehicle's limit thememselves. If WOQOD Customer Service modifies the limit, it will incur a charge.
How can the customer add a new vehicle or remove vehicles from his company's account?
Call WOQOD Customer Service at 4021-7777/800-3835 and follow the procedure. The customer can remove vehicles from his list by making them inactive for fueling through the WOQODe Portal. This function should be used only when the customer wants to remove his vehicle from the fleet.
How can the customer modify their bank guarantee amount?
The customer needs to contact WOQOD customer service to obtain the change request form. The Bank Guarantee can be increased, or a new Bank Guarantee can be submitted with the covering letter to WOQOD Finance.
How many stations can the vehicles fuel at?
Vehicles can fuel at all WOQOD branded stations.

Can the vehicle be fueled if the tag is not working?
The vehicle can be fueled by paying in cash.

- Small - Medium vehicle: 15 minutes
- Large vehicle: 20 -22 mins
How long does it take to cancel or deactivate a tag?
The customer can use the WOQODe portal to deactivate the tag immediately or request assistance from our Customer Service, which will be processed within 2 working days.
What is the warranty period for the tag?
The tag warranty period is 12 months (user faults are not covered by the warranty). For terms & conditions, please refer WOQODe Contract.
