WOQOD Terms And Conditions

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules and regulations for the use of the Woqod website

Welcome to the WOQOD smart mobile application. We are pleased to introduce you to the conditions of use for this application. These conditions aim to demonstrate the fundamentals of using data and information on the application, outlining what is permitted and prohibited.

By logging into this application, you agree to and accept all the specified Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Condition
The Terms and Conditions of the WOQOD smart mobile application apply to all visitors and users of the application. The use of the application may be suspended and/or terminated if a user violates the Terms and Conditions of use, or if there are grounds to believe that a user has breached them. Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate applicable application protection procedures and regulations, including, but not limited to:

· Accessing data that is not intended for this user or logging into a server or an account that the user is not authorized to access.

· Attempting to conduct a test or survey to identify any weaknesses of the WOQOD smart mobile application or violating or documenting application procedures without official permission from WOQOD.

· Attempting to interfere in the service provided to any user, host, or network, including, but not limited to, placing a virus on the application, increasing its load, sending commercial messages, or spamming it with electronic messages, or attempting to destroy it.

· Sending unwanted electronic messages to the application, including promotional materials and/or advertisements for services or products, or falsifying any dispatch control protocol package address or internet protocol, or any part of the address details in any electronic message, or sending false news messages.

· Using the WOQOD smart mobile application in any way to send emails, reference it, or impersonate it, involving any offense or libel against WOQOD, the application, or any other person, spreading any false news or information falsely attributed to WOQOD.

Violation of the rules of usage and interference with the application or network may subject the individual involved to civil and criminal liability. Cases of such violations will be investigated, and the individuals involved will be subject to legal prosecution.

WOQODe Tag

This is a prepaid service; as such, the customer is required to deposit the value of the provided services in their WOQODe account in cash. Additionally, the customer is responsible for payment for the tag and installation through a bank card or cash. All fuel varieties, as per the contractual agreement, are purchased using the WOQODe tag. The tag will contain all the relevant data as required by the customer.

WOQODe (vehicle identification tag) Care, Usage, and Terms and Conditions:

· The tag can only be used at WOQOD stations.

· It cannot be removed and transferred to any another vehicle (doing so will render it unusable). This passive tag is made from UL approved materials and is ATEX approved.

· While the tag is designed to endure hot climatic conditions for many years, the warranty covers a period of 12 months from the date of installation (user faults are not covered by the warranty).

· The tag should be secured properly. If the tag falls off the vehicle due to hot weather conditions, WOQOD will replace it once within the warranty period.

· Losses, failures, or damages are the responsibility of the customer (Tag user). The customer must inform WOQOD Customer Care at 40217777 and customerservice@woqod.com.qa to disable the tag and request a new tag replacement at the customer's expense.

· The customer accepts responsibility for all requests received through the Customer’s Log on the website.

· WOQOD reserves the right to add to or vary any of the terms and conditions with notice to the customer. The customer's use of the tag after the specified effective date of any changes will constitute acceptance of the changes without reservation. If the customer does not accept any proposed change, the tag must be returned to WOQOD before the date the change is to take effect. WOQOD may transfer its rights and/or duties under this agreement.

· WOQOD will announce the effective date for any charges and will implement or introduce them accordingly.

· This agreement will remain effective until it is terminated by either party with one (1) month's written notice. All outstanding dues must be settled before canceling the contract.

· The customer agrees to update their information whenever there are changes.

· This agreement will be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of Qatar.
