WOQOD is the authorized downstream company in Qatar responsible for the sale, marketing, and distribution of all gas products. The product range includes LPG, delivered in bulk using our state-of-the-art road tankers to customer sites across Qatar. NG and CNG are available at dedicated plants and stations respectively, located in key industrial areas in Qatar.

Bulk LPG

WOQOD provides LPG as a perfect solution for customers from different sectors (industrial, commercial, and residential) as it is a clean fuel, available and cheaper than other fuels (diesel, kerosene). To save on running costs, the best option for customers is to install LPG Bulk Tanks. The heat generated from LPG as a source of energy is used to provide a variety of purposes, such as cooking, clothes dryers and heating water in washing machines. WOQOD distributes LPG Bulk through a modern fleet of vehicles, to commercial, industrial and government customers in Qatar and LPG bulk customers can order the LPG through WOQOD online ordering system.

CNG supply at SAMI, MIC and RLIC Areas

WOQOD and QatarEnergy are working towards expanding the CNG network in the near future, to cover the whole country, in order to meet the growing demand for CNG, as local authorities and public transport companies are looking to substitute diesel and gasoline for more environmentally friendly fuels. In line with Qatar’s policy towards reducing the country’s carbon footprint, WOQOD together with QatarEnergy and Mowasalat started the use of CNG in transportation. This forward initiative will contribute not only to making clean gas resources available for growing domestic fuel needs, but also help expand the area of natural gas application to the transportation sector where its qualities and environmental advantages will make it a sustainable and effective alternative to petroleum products.

Natural Gas Supply at SAMI Area

WOQOD is extending its commitments, expertise, and technology for the betterment of Qatar and its community by providing a choice of clean, convenient, eco-friendly Natural Gas to its customers.

The project has been envisaged in association with the Department of Industrial Estate (DIE) and QatarEnergy to cater to the energy demands of industrial customers in the ‘Small Industrial Area-Doha’.
