MR. AHMAD SAIF AL-SULAITI<font color="#000000" face="Times New Roman" size="3">​​ </font><p>Mr. Ahmad Saif Al-Sulaiti, Mechanical Engineering Graduate, has extensive management experience of large oil and gas fields operations in Qatar Petroleum. He has 32 years of extensive experience in oil and gas fields operations and petrochemicals, re-development of existing fields, major projects commissioning, organizational restructuring, manpower management, and economic evaluations and acquisitions.</p><p>Mr. Ahmad Saif Al-Sulaiti is currently Executive Vice President – Operations in Qatar Petroleum. Mr. Abdulaziz Jassim Mohd Al-Muftah<p>Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Muftah Graduated with a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from University of Miami, Florida in 1986, and Joined Qatar General Petroleum Corporation (Offshore Operations) in 1986. Mr. Al-Muftah was appointed as Electrical Engineer in 1991, as Senior Electrical Engineer in 1993 and as Lead Electrical Engineer in 1994.</p><p style="text-align:left;">In 1996 was promoted to the position of Head of Specialist Engineering in the Dukhan Consolidated Facilities Upgrade Project (DCFUP). He then transferred to the position of Assistant Engineering Manager (Dukhan Projects) in Engineering Department (Onshore) in 2000.</p><p style="text-align:left;"> Mr. Al-Muftah was promoted to the position of Engineering Manager (Offshore) in 2004 and transferred to the position of Engineering Manager (Major Projects) in 2006. Appointed as Director Ras Laffan in 2010 and as Director of Industrial Cities Directorate in 2012. Mr. Saad Rashid Al-Muhannadi<p>​</p><p style="text-align:justify;">Saad Rashid Al-Muhannadi obtained BSC in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC), LA.  USA 1990.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">Saad joined Qatar General Petroleum Company (QGPC) Engineering Department as a Developee in 1990.  </p><p style="text-align:justify;">He held various positions within the Engineering Business Department before he was appointed as Engineering Business Manager in 2001 where he was responsible for a wide spectrum of duties.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">Saad became the first Corporate Manager – Contracts in 2003, reporting to the Managing Director (MD) of Qatar Petroleum (QP), where a Centralized Contracts Department was established to serve all QP Departments. This included the development of Systems, Processes with a full suite of related procedures.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">In June 2006 Saad was appointed to the post of Director Technical and was reporting to the Managing Director (MD) of Qatar Petroleum (QP). </p><p style="text-align:justify;">Executive responsibility for planning, directing controlling and executing a diverse range of Oil and Gas related and Civil Infrastructure Capital Projects.  </p><p style="text-align:justify;">Saad was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Qatar Chemical Company Limited (Q-Chem) in September 2015.</p><p style="text-align:justify;">In April 2017, he was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of WOQOD. </p>Saad Rashid Al-Muhannadi obtained BSC in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC), LA. SHK. Saoud Khalid Hamad Al-Thani<font color="#000000" face="Times New Roman" size="3">​</font>Shk. Saoud Khalid Hamad Althani is a member of the ruling family.  He is the founder of S.B.K. Company and Chairman of the Company.  He began his business in 1994 in trading and contracting.<p>Shk. Saoud Althani was Chairman of the Olympic Committee of State of Qatar from 1995 to 2000 and Chairman of Youth Committee of State of Qatar from 2000 to 2008.</p><p>Currently Shk. Mr. Ali Al-Khalaf<p>Mr. Ali Hassan Al Khalaf has worked for over 32 years as a leader and key member of various governmental organizations in Qatar. As the Director of Information Systems, he currently leads the General Authority for Retirement & Social Security. Mr. Al Khalaf is also a Chairman of the Board of Directors at GBI Global Cable & Data Transfer as well as a member of the Tender & Bidding Committee at the Ministry of Finance.</p><p>Mr. Al Khalaf is a highly accomplished professional with a proven record of accomplishment in all his past roles at Qatar Petroleum, QAFCO (Qatar Chemical Fertilizer Company), and he was also on the board of UDC. At Qtel, he managed many large-scale projects such as financial and Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) as well as one for the electronic correspondence system.</p><p>Many government sectors, including the Ministry of Interior, mirrored a comprehensive security project that Mr. Al Khalaf worked on. This used Virtualization Environments for devices and Data Replication Technology without the use of tapes and the EMC storage technology data.</p><p>Mirroring this project made the General Authority for Retirement and Social Insurance one of the top organizations to manage security through data security and earned it the ISO certification 27001:2013. Mr. Faisal Al-Hammadi<p></p><p>Mr. Faisal Al-Hammadi is an investment management professional with over 20 years in corporate finance, investment management, and financial advisory. He is also on the board of the Qatar Fuel Company (WOQOD) and is Chairman of Hassad Food Company. Mr. Al-Hammadi has led and participated in many restructuring ventures for companies and investment portfolios. </p><p>Beginning his illustrious career in the Corporate Finance division of Qatar Steel, he rose through the ranks to reach his current leadership role as Chief Investment Officer of the Pension Fund at the General Retirement & Social Insurance in Qatar. Prior to joining the Pension Fund, he played an advisory role at the Supreme Council of Economic Affairs and Investments (SCEAI), which sets economic policy and the capital allocation strategy for the State of Qatar. Mr. Al-Hammadi also headed the Asset Management division at Qatar Investment Authority, where he managed the finances of the Sovereign Wealth Fund of Qatar.</p><p>Apart from his corporate career, he has also been involved in academia during his tenure as a lecturer at Qatar University's College of Economics and Business Administration.</p><p>In 1998, Mr. Al-Hammadi obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the College of Economics & Business, Qatar University. He subsequently completed his Master's degree in Finance at the American University Kogod Business School in Washington D.C.
