Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.

Experience:

2- 3 years of relevant experience in a similar field.

good knowledge in accounting software e.g. ORACLE will be preferred.

Skills:

Knowledge of accounting procedures, protocols and guidelines. 

 Knowledge of GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Advanced MS office skills.

JOB OBJECTIVE:

To conduct accurate and timely financial accounting entries related to inventory transactions and ensure compliance with Woqod policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and international financial and accounting reporting standards.

Description:

Reporting

Report ongoing accounting activities to Fixed assets accountant in order to inform on activity status.

Inventory Accounts

Managing inventory organizations, i.e. preparation and implementation accounts plan and mapping for to new inventory organisations and new processes for existing inventory organisations in close coordination with Financial Controller, user departments and IT Department.

Ensuring that all transactions across all inventory organizations are up-to-date.

Checking whether all sales orders related to Order to Cash Cycle and work orders related to eAM are up to date before monthly closing.
