Qatar Fuel (WOQOD) is a downstream oil storage, distribution and marketing company, formed in 2002 as a joint stock company listed on the Qatar Exchange.
Qatar Fuel (WOQOD) is exclusively responsible for the distribution of fuel needs within Qatar. This includes diesel, gasoline and aviation fuel. The company also trades in bunker fuels, ship-to- ship bunkering within Qatari waters, bitumen importation and distribution, LPG for cooking, and own-branded-lubricants. In addition, it builds modern branded service stations across Qatar.
WOQOD owns the subsidiaries: Qatar Jet Fuel Company (Q-JET), WOQOD Vehicle Inspection (FAHES), WOQOD Marine Services and WOQOD International for Foreign Investment.

WOQOD Service Stations Network
Designed, built and operated to the best international standards, WOQOD's service stations have modern forecourts, high speed dedicated diesel lanes, large convenience stores, manual and automatic car washes, quick lube, tyre shops and vehicle workshops. Most also have a mosque and customer facilities including in-store coffee shops and internet cafes.
WOQOD Lubricants
WOQOD Lubricants have complete range of automotive and industrial lubricants developed to suit all types of vehicles and industrial requirements. WOQOD Lubricants are designed to deliver superior performance and protection for extended periods of time.
Tested under the severe conditions and temperatures, for wide range of engine types. WOQOD lubricants are currently distributed in Qatar, Iraq, UAE, Kuwait, Jordan, Bahrain, Oman and soon will be distributed across the remaining GCC and Levant areas and the African markets.
WOQOD Lubricants vision is to be a prominent lubricant player in the region and key markets across the world by developing superior products and service offers.
Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG)
In 2009 WOQOD commissioned a new LPG bottling and distribution plant located in the industrial Area of Doha. At the same time lightweight composite 12 kg and 6 kg LPG cylinders were launched and all regulators upgraded. WOQOD will soon supply natural gas by pipeline to the New Industrial Area of Doha.
Bitumen
Through a modern storage and blending plant WOQOD provides bitumen's and modified bitumen's, tack coats and emulsions to road contractors across Qatar.

Qatar Jet Fuel Company (QJET)
QJET is an aviation fuels operations company and the sole supplier to Qatar International airport. Q-JET'S main customer is Qatar Airways and the company provides timely delivery of fuels 24 hours a day to strict safety and quality standards.
WOQOD Vehicle Inspection (FAHES)
"FAHES" in Arabic means inspector. The company is responsible for the annual and periodic inspection of all road traffic vehicles in Qatar. This is carried out at dedicated sites through experienced inspectors. FAHES works hand in hand with the police force in Qatar to ensure accurate and timely vehicle inspection and contributes to road safety in Qatar.
WOQOD Marine Services
The company owns and operates bunker fuels and bitumen ships mainly for importing products into Qatar.
WOQOD International for Foreign Investment
WOQOD International is responsible of the development and acquisition of businesses outside of Qatar. The business scope is within the downstream energy industry.
