Qatar Fuel (Woqod) Q.P.S.C was formed in 2002 by an Emiri Decree with an aim to provide downstream, refined fuel storage, distribution and marketing services in the State of Qatar. Woqod was incorporated as a Joint Stock Company on 2nd July, 2002. Subsequently, Woqod came out with its Initial Public Offering in 2003 and became Qatari Public Shareholding Company. Woqod is listed on Qatar Exchange and its shares are publically traded.
