1991-2013: Mr. Al-Subaiey joined Qatar Petroleum & Qatar Petroleum International respectively. He held multiple roles in oil & gas industry, such as Gas Production Manager, and Gas Processing Manager. With QPI continued as the Executive Director for Gas & Power by reporting to CEO. During this period, Mr. Al-Subaiey has received many awards & recognitions due to his achievements.

2013-2014: worked in Qatar Investment Authority.

2016: Mr. Al-Subaiey joined WOQOD as Chief Marketing Officer.  

With over 24 years of experience, Mr. Al-Subaiey’s profound leadership and expertise led him to chair and set on a diversified portfolio of boards and management committees including:

• Chairman of the Board, South Hook Gas Company – UK (2011-2013)

• Board Member in the Adriatic Terminal Company – Italy (2010-2013)

• Executive Committee Member, Qatar Chemical Company (QCHEM II), (2007 – 2011)

• Management Committee Member, Dolphin Energy Limited Co., (2009-2013)

• Chairman & Executive Committee Member, Gas Processors Association (GPA) – GCC Chapter (2007-2013)

• Chairperson, Board of Governors of Awsaj Academy, Qatar Foundation. (2009 –till to date)

• Vice Chairman, Board of Governors of Abdulla Bin Turki Independent School (2013 – 2015)
