Saeed Al-Kaabi has obtained a B.A in Business Studies/Insurance from Arkansas State University-USA and a Diploma in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley-USA.

Al-Kaabi held several positions during his years of service, started in 1996 -QATARGAS Operating Company Limited, where he was a Project Business Supervisor (QG2 Offshore Project $500M), Head of Accounts Payable & Receivable, General Services Manager and was also a member of Board in ALKOOT insurance Company.

In 2010, he held the position of Contracts Manager in ORYX GTL Limited.          In 2013, he obtained the position of CEO (secondment base) in QFSW, a Non-Profit  Organization (NGO's).

In 2016, He was appointed as Chief Administration Officer in Qatar Chemical Company Limited ( Q-CHEM).from 2017 till now, he is occupying the position of Chief Administration Officer in WOQOD.
