Mr. Ahmad Saif Al-Sulaiti, Mechanical Engineering Graduate, has extensive management experience of large oil and gas fields operations in Qatar Petroleum. He has 32 years of extensive experience in oil and gas fields operations and petrochemicals, re-development of existing fields, major projects commissioning, organizational restructuring, manpower management, and economic evaluations and acquisitions.Mr. Ahmad Saif Al-Sulaiti is currently Executive Vice President – Operations in Qatar Petroleum. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Mesaieed Petrochemical Holding Company – MPHC as well as represents Qatar Petroleum in several joint ventures in their Board of Directors.

Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Muftah Graduated with a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from University of Miami, Florida in 1986, and Joined Qatar General Petroleum Corporation (Offshore Operations) in 1986. Mr. Al-Muftah was appointed as Electrical Engineer in 1991, as Senior Electrical Engineer in 1993 and as Lead Electrical Engineer in 1994.In 1996 was promoted to the position of Head of Specialist Engineering in the Dukhan Consolidated Facilities Upgrade Project (DCFUP). He then transferred to the position of Assistant Engineering Manager (Dukhan Projects) in Engineering Department (Onshore) in 2000. Mr. Al-Muftah was promoted to the position of Engineering Manager (Offshore) in 2004 and transferred to the position of Engineering Manager (Major Projects) in 2006. Appointed as Director Ras Laffan in 2010 and as Director of Industrial Cities Directorate in 2012. Appointed as Vice President, Industrial Cities in 2015. Mr. Al-Muftah is on the board of Mesaieed Petrochemical Holding Company Q.P.S.C. (MPHC), and became the Vice Chairman of WOQOD’s board on 1st of July 2019.

Saad Rashid Al-Muhannadi obtained BSC in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC), LA. USA 1990.Saad joined Qatar General Petroleum Company (QGPC) Engineering Department as a Developee in 1990. He held various positions within the Engineering Business Department before he was appointed as Engineering Business Manager in 2001 where he was responsible for a wide spectrum of duties.Saad became the first Corporate Manager – Contracts in 2003, reporting to the Managing Director (MD) of Qatar Petroleum (QP), where a Centralized Contracts Department was established to serve all QP Departments. This included the development of Systems, Processes with a full suite of related procedures.In June 2006 Saad was appointed to the post of Director Technical and was reporting to the Managing Director (MD) of Qatar Petroleum (QP). Executive responsibility for planning, directing controlling and executing a diverse range of Oil and Gas related and Civil Infrastructure Capital Projects. Saad was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Qatar Chemical Company Limited (Q-Chem) in September 2015.In April 2017, he was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of WOQOD.

Mr. Faisal Al-Hammadi is an investment management professional with over 20 years in corporate finance, investment management, and financial advisory. He is also on the board of the Qatar Fuel Company (WOQOD) and is Chairman of Hassad Food Company. Mr. Al-Hammadi has led and participated in many restructuring ventures for companies and investment portfolios. Beginning his illustrious career in the Corporate Finance division of Qatar Steel, he rose through the ranks to reach his current leadership role as Chief Investment Officer of the Pension Fund at the General Retirement & Social Insurance in Qatar. Prior to joining the Pension Fund, he played an advisory role at the Supreme Council of Economic Affairs and Investments (SCEAI), which sets economic policy and the capital allocation strategy for the State of Qatar. Mr. Al-Hammadi also headed the Asset Management division at Qatar Investment Authority, where he managed the finances of the Sovereign Wealth Fund of Qatar.Apart from his corporate career, he has also been involved in academia during his tenure as a lecturer at Qatar University's College of Economics and Business Administration.In 1998, Mr. Al-Hammadi obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the College of Economics & Business, Qatar University. He subsequently completed his Master's degree in Finance at the American University Kogod Business School in Washington D.C. Apart from his university education, he also acquired a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) certification in 2006, and successfully completed a program in Leadership Development at Harvard Business School in 2008.
