​JOB OBJECTIVE:

To handle all the end to end testing of all IT Business Applications through preparation of test plans and scenarios based on the requirement analysis in order to ensure the application is of high quality and is running as per the requirements and specifications of WOQOD support and operations.

Description

Acquisition & Deployment

Analyse documentation and technical specifications of any new Business application under deployment or consideration to determine its intended functionality.

Application Testing

Create and execute test plans and scripts that will determine optimal application performance according to specifications and ensure that testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements and systems goals

Test any new software to ensure integration into company systems and that it meets functional requirements, system compliance, and technical specifications.

Participate in developing, distributing, and coordinating in-depth end-user reviews for modified and new systems or applications.

Internal Collaboration

Collaborate with software/systems personnel in application testing, such as system, unit, load, and acceptance testing methods.

Vendor Management

Handle key relations with vendors / suppliers for testing equipment or software used for testing, on matters related to the quality of equipment's, licenses of testing applications, etc. in order to enable a collaborative work environment and quick support provided by the vendors.

Statements and Reports

Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in IT systems and projects across the organisation
