Diploma / Technical / Trade (Instrumentation) certificate or equivalent.
3 - 5 years' experience in repair and maintenance of related components in the operation and supply of Jet Fuel to Aircraft.
Hands-on knowledge in understand and use all measuring equipment such as: Vernier calipers, micrometers, dial gauges and other instruments.
Ability to read and interpret operating manuals and SOP - standard operating procedures / TI – Task Instructions.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
Basic computer skills.
English is a must.
To maintain and take care of complete requirements of the Instruments,
including automated instruments, to support effective maintenance and operation
of Instruments installations and smooth operation of all instruments across QJET facilities.
Follow instructions diligently from department superiors and maintain good relationship with members of the department in the conduct of their duties.
Participate and work with team of Technicians on critical jobs of all related equipment for the fixed facilities in servicing, testing and repair of :-
Level gauges: Servo, Radar, and Float type.
Level Switches: Float, Leveltrol, Pedal type.
Motor Operated Valves: for setting of Torque Limits, Position control settings, PAKSCAN – control system.
Check for proper operation and communications of Fuel Management System for the program installation.
Emergency Fuel Shut-off systems.
Fire alarm system, including Building Management Systems.
Understand CMMS - Computerized Maintenance Management System and schedule the preventive, condition based, breakdown maintenance jobs, including data compilation in the software, preparation of necessary reports on a day to day basis.
