​JOB OBJECTIVE:

Organize, analyze and supervise the maintenance activities of WOQOD’s electrical assets by coordinating the efforts of maintenance crew to ensure that all maintenance activities and requirements are carried out promptly, safely and cost effectively.

Provide technical support for the maintenance crew.

Description:

Strategy Contribution and Implementation

Contribute and provide inputs to the development of the section's operational objectives and ensure effective cascading of departmental strategy into section's policies and procedures in line with the overall business objectives of the department.

Work Cost  Estimates

Support and guide maintenance in preparation of work cost estimates for a required maintenance task.

Maintenance  Activities

Ensure prioritized tasks based on criticality of the area under purview are conducted to the best of ability in order that operational facility/equipment are ready for usage as per the required standards.

Resource Control

Ensure proper resource control (Technicians & Contractors) & optimal allocation of resources in Maintenance section in order to ensure effective utilization of manpower and materials to produce optimum output.
