​Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Instrument / Chemical Engineering or equivalent

Experience: 

5 - 6 years' experience Natural Gas Industry

Skills:

Good knowledge of Engineering Codes, Standards and Practices;

Good knowledge of PE pipe laying, hot tapping/ gas pipe line diversion testing and commissioning

Good computer and MS Office skills.

Knowledge of design software like Pegasus and Synergy.

Fluency in English and/ or Arabic.

To plan and ensure that the operation of gas network,  meter and regulating station (MRS), odourization units and CNG compressor are executed reliably, efficiently and in compliance to all applicable HSE and QC/QA procedures to achieve the main objective of industrial customer satisfaction and CNG fueling operation.

 Description:

Strategy Contribution and Implementation

Contribute and provide inputs to the development of the Gas Operations' operational objectives and ensure effective cascading of departmental strategy into section's policies and procedures in line with the overall business objectives of the department.

People Management

Organise and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the activity is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.

Natural Gas Operations

Supervise the work of technicians and contractors to ensure safe operation of gas network,  meter and regulation set (MRS) units and  odourization units.

Receive and takes action on customer complaints for technical issues related to flow, pressure and meters from industrial customers.

Natural Gas Maintenance

Plan and supervise the gas network predictive and preventive maintenance.
