Conditions of Sale:
- All items (used brass Valves) will be sold " as is where is" basis
- Every bidder shall ensure that he has inspected the used Brass Valves (used for LPG Cylinder) and agrees to buy them on "as is where is" basis.
- The bidder has to submit the quote for the entire quantity of the used Brass Valves (used for LPG Cylinder)
- The company reserves the right to accept/reject any bids or cancel the subject Tender.
- Once the buyer is selected and issued the letter of acceptance (LOA), She/He shall pay the approved / accepted sale price within seven (7) working days to WOQOD. The Company reserves right to re-sell the used Brass Valves to another buyer if the amount not paid in the stipulated period.
- Materials shall be released upon paying the sale price in full.
- The successful bidders will have to collect the items within 30 days of issue date of LOA & payment.
- Clarifications related to the tender to be forwarded to the fax # 00974 – 44309242 until 5 days before the bid closing date.
Duly completed Offer Letter including copy of Qatari ID / Commercial Registration (CR) should be delivered in sealed envelopes addressed to THE SECRETARY, TAAWC with the Tender Reference Number clearly marked on the envelope, and should be deposited in the office of Procurements & Contracts Department, P.O.
