The Small Tender Committee (STC) Invites Tender Submission for the following Services:
-- Inspection/Visit Details
-- Contact : 4021 – 7389 / 66674 933 (Mr. Wilson)
-- Location : WOQOD Warehouse, Industrial Area
-- Site Inspection Date : 1st Dec 2019 till 5th Dec 2019 .
-- Time : 8.00 AM to 12:00 Noon on all working days (Sunday – Thursday) .
Note: Produce original Qatari ID (QID) or Commercial Registration (CR) at Security office
in order to issue the necessary Gate Pass for the inspection/visit.
• All above mentioned Lubricants will be sold “as is where is” basis.
• Every bidder shall ensure that they have has inspected the Lubricants and agree to buy them
on “as is where is” basis.
• The bidder has to submit the quote preferably for the entire quantity.
• Once the bidder completes the Site visit and agrees to participate in the Tender , a refundable
deposit of QR 10,000/- shall be paid to WOQOD Accounts Receivable and a copy of the
receipt shall be provided in the sealed bid .
• The company reserves the right to accept/reject any bids or cancel the subject Tender.
• Once the best bid is selected , WOQOD will issue a Letter of Award (LOA). The winner shall
pay the accepted sale price within seven (7) working days to Accounts Receivable , WOQOD.
The Company reserves the right to re-sell the said Lubricants to the next bidder if the amount
is not paid in the stipulated period.
• Items shall be released upon paying the agreed/accepted sale price in full.
• The successful bidder shall collect the Lubricants within 30 days from issue date of Letter of
Award (LOA) & receipt of payment.
• Clarifications related to the Sale Auction may be forwarded to the email arahmad@woqod.
com.qa or nravikumar@woqod.com.qa 5 days prior to the bid closing date.
Your duly completed Offer Letter shall include an auction deposit fee of QR 10,000/-
and copy of Qatari ID / Commercial Registration (CR) . It should be delivered in sealed
envelopes addressed to THE SECRETARY, SMALL TENDER COMMITTEE with the Tender
Number clearly marked on the envelope to the office of Procurements & Contracts
Department, P.O. Box: 7777, 18th Floor, WOQOD Tower, West Bay, Doha, Qatar, not later
