Time       :   8.00 AM to 12:00 Noon on all working days (Sunday – Thursday)       

Note: Produce original Qatari ID (QID) or Commercial Registration (CR) at Security office in order to issue the necessary Gate Pass for the inspection/visit.

Conditions of Sale:

1. All above mentioned vehicles//equipment/accessories will be sold "as is where is" basis.
2. Every bidder shall ensure that he/she has inspected the vehicles/equipment/accessories and agrees to buy them on "as is where is" basis.
3. The bidder has to submit the quote for the entire quantity or in partial quantity "on first come first serve" basis.
4. The company reserves the right to accept/reject any bids or cancel the subject Tender.
5. Once the buyer is selected and issued the Letter of Acceptance (LOA), buyer shall pay the approved/accepted sale price within seven (7) working days to WOQOD.  The Company reserves the right to re-sell the said vehicles/equipment/accessories to another buyer if the amount is not paid in the stipulated period.
6. Items shall be released upon paying the agreed/accepted sale price in full.
7. The successful bidder will have to collect the vehicle/equipment/accessories within 30 days from issue date of Letter of Acceptance (LOA) & receipt of payment.
8. Clarifications related to the tender to be forwarded to the fax # 00974 – 44309242 or email @ eprocurement@woqod.com.qa until 5 days before the bid closing date.

Duly completed Offer Letter including copy of Qatari ID / Commercial Registration (CR) should be delivered in sealed envelopes addressed to THE SECRETARY, SMALL TENDER COMMITTEE with the Tender Reference Number clearly marked on the envelope, and should be deposited in the office of Procurements & Contracts Department, P.O.
