Note :  Tender documents shall be issued upon producing the Qatari ID or copy of Commercial             Registration (CR).

Conditions of Sale:

1. All items will be sold " as is where is" basis
2. Every bidder shall ensure that he has inspected the items and agrees to buy them on "as is where is" basis.
3. The bidder has to submit the quote for the entire quantity of each tender reference above.
4. The company reserves the right to accept/reject any bids or cancel the subject tender.
5. Once the buyer is selected and issued the letter of acceptance (LOA), She/He shall pay the approved / accepted sale price within seven (7) working days to WOQOD.  The Company reserves right to re-sell the items to another buyer if the amount not paid in the stipulated period.
6. Materials shall be released upon paying the sale price in full.
7. The successful bidders will have to collect the items within 30 days of issue date of LOA & payment.
8. Clarifications related to the tender to be forwarded to the fax +974 - 44309241until 5 days before the bid closing date.
   

Duly completed Offer Letter including copy of Qatari ID / Commercial Registration (CR) should be delivered in sealed envelopes addressed to THE SECRETARY, TAAWC with the Tender Reference Number clearly marked on the envelope, and should be deposited in the office of Procurements & Contracts Department, P.O.
