Brief Description of the scope for consultancy services for outdoor media advertising:-

• Conduct feasibility study on the potential for outdoor media business in WOQOD PS's.
• Conduct market analysis and strategy development for the WOQOD outdoor media venture.
• Provide advisory services for the outdoor media core committee.
• Develop required literature and define important operational guidelines including rate cards and team structure.
• Formulate business strategies for the launch, introduction and sale of outdoor space.
  
  Scope for outdoor media designs and engineering:

• Develop unique outdoor media furniture designs that reflects WOQOD identity and with operational stability to withstand demanding outdoor climate of Qatar.
• Ensure all designs are with simple operational mechanism and of durable quality.
• Develop and maintain CI Manual for the outdoor furniture.
