Inspection/Visit Details:
Date : 02nd September 2018 till 11th September 2018
Time : 8.00 AM to 12:00 Noon on all working days (Sunday – Thursday)
Note: Produce original Qatari ID (QID) or Commercial Registration (CR) at Security office in order to issue the necessary Gate Pass for the inspection/visit.
Conditions of Sale:
- All above mentioned items will be sold "as is where is" basis.
- Every bidder shall ensure that he/she has inspected the said items/ vehicles and agrees to buy them on "as is where is" basis.
- The bidder has to submit the quote for the entire quantity mentioned above.
- The company reserves the right to accept/reject any bids or cancel the subject Tender.
- Once the buyer is selected and issued the Letter of Acceptance (LOA), buyer shall pay the approved/accepted sale price within seven (7) working days to WOQOD. The Company reserves the right to re-sell the said items to another buyer if the amount is not paid in the stipulated period.
- Items shall be released upon paying the sale price in full.
- The successful bidder will have to collect the items within 30 days from issue date of LOA & receipt of payment.

Duly completed Offer Letter including copy of Qatari ID / Commercial Registration (CR) should be delivered in sealed envelopes addressed to THE SECRETARY, TENDERS, AUCTIONS, ASSET WRITE-OFF COMMITTEE with the Tender Reference Number clearly marked on the envelope, and should be deposited in the office of Procurements & Contracts Department, P.O.
